Career Exposure of Supported Employment Training for Persons with Disabilities

“MentalCare Connect” was invited to participate in the “Career Exposure of Supported Employment Training for Persons with Disabilities” organised by The St. James’ Settlement through its rehabilitation services. Mr. Andy Choi, Operation Lead (Retail Marketing), arranged a training group titled “Industry Exposure: Rehab Shop” for members of St. James’ Settlement who are interested in working in a rehab shop the skills required. He also led them to visit "Cheers Gallery" Convenience store at Ruttonjee Hospital.

The purpose is to help participants know more about the feature of working in rehab shop and convenience store, So as to broaden their career know-how and strengthen their confidence in finding and securing the employment.
